Food porn

This Saturday, I went with some of my friends to a pop-up architecture installation in Van Ness.
When we got there at around 6, we wandered around for a good half an hour trying to find the place, only to find that the installation was just an empty carpark. Someone told us that they had finished the exhibition a few hours ago and packed up and left.
So we made do and walked around Van Ness.
Turns out that Van Ness is the artsy fartsy suburb, with cute little boutiques and gourmet food.

The Chantal Guillon macarons were so, so good.
They were cheaper than Adriano Zumbo and they tasted so much better.

After that I was meant to go to a friends' house but I hadn't eaten, so my friends asked me to have dinner with them since they were catching up with a few highschool peeps from back home.
We had Korean food (which I rarely ever have) and had this dish called Za Zam (or something similar). I really am Chinese- I realised that after I realised how much I miss eating rice.
I miss home cooked food so much ahhhhh.

After that I went over to my friend, Peter's house, and later to Blair's house. We had a jam sesh and it was great. Just a chill Saturday night after Project X the night before.
Too many turnt up nights lately.

I'd throw my pie for you,
Emma
